Five of us plus dog turned up in the middle of a walk almost at closing time - Staff really welcoming and friendly - Sat in the outdoor covered seating coffee and cake excellent.

Met here on Saturday to meet my son ,daughter in law and my granddaughter who i have not seen for ages due to lockdown.

Simply wonderful coffee and envious views across the Derwent Valley. A great start/finish for a walk around the local woodland and surrounding villages. A true gem.

Such a lovely cosy place to meet up for breakfast or coffee and cake loved it will be back soon. The breakfast bacon and egg sandwich was cooked to perfection. The coffee was so smooth. The log burner was such a cosy addition. Could of stayed all day. X

This is a very nice, small cafe off the beaten track on Derbyshire. Very popular with people who like cycling up hill, but you don't need to be mad to enjoy the views.

Nice jolly place and cheerful staff. Good coffee and food. We were cycling and they have some bike locks outside which a bonus. Would definitely come again

My first time at Fuel saturday lunch and I was quietly impressed. I'm currently following a keto diet so was looking for something on the menu without carbs and was thinking my options were limited. However, after discussing my dietary requirements the staff offered to prepare me a salad with either prawns, feta or avocado but all three somehow made it onto my beautifully presented and delicious plate - and not an onion in sight as requested! The avocado was perfect and there was so much feta I had to leave about a third of it - and it's rare for me to not clear my plate fully!
Top marks for really listening - you wouldn't believe how many places don't.

Great quality food. Best breakfast i’ve ever had! Amazing cake and superb atmosphere. Worth the wait for a table if busy, just sit on the wall and enjoy the views whilst you wait. Great music playing also!

Went for lunch, for my dad's birthday. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was lovely. Would recommend going.
