Very good coffee and an excellent cooked breakfast. A friendly café with friendly service and tasteful interior.
Great quality food. Best breakfast i’ve ever had! Amazing cake and superb atmosphere. Worth the wait for a table if busy, just sit on the wall and enjoy the views whilst you wait. Great music playing also!
Beautiful little café with very friendly efficient staff. The food is all freshly prepared to order and tasted wonderful perfect start to the day. Highly recommended we will be back soon 😃
Most excellent breakfast. The black pudding and sausage full of flavour. Just the right amount of everything. Cakes are pretty awsome too but I abstained this time.. Good quality coffee - nice surroundings...
Excellent coffee and cakes! A very warm welcome!
First time here & wasn't disappointed. Great breakfast with wonderful service + they've won the 'Golden Sausage' breakfast award. You've gotta try it out. Will certainly go again.
Such a lovely cosy place to meet up for breakfast or coffee and cake loved it will be back soon. The breakfast bacon and egg sandwich was cooked to perfection. The coffee was so smooth. The log burner was such a cosy addition. Could of stayed all day. X
The coffee (from 200 Degrees) is superb. The Small Breakfast was as perfect as an English breakfast could be, and I'm saying that as someone who is fairly critical. Highly recommended. The pot of tea (Yorkshire Tea, I'm glad to say) was large, and all good. The boss was attentive, friendly, witty, a
Nice jolly place and cheerful staff. Good coffee and food. We were cycling and they have some bike locks outside which a bonus. Would definitely come again
Very nice little establishment orientated to the cycling community serving cooked meals, light bites and hot/cold drinks. There are also usually a science in sport gels to purchase incase you've faced the dreaded bonk on the climb up to the cafe.
Have had breakfast here on a number of occasions and never been disappointed. Friendly staff and excellent locally sourced food. Definitely recommended.
Great food, excellent coffee, super staff, superb location what's not to like, 10/10
This is a very nice, small cafe off the beaten track on Derbyshire. Very popular with people who like cycling up hill, but you don't need to be mad to enjoy the views.
My first time at Fuel saturday lunch and I was quietly impressed. I'm currently following a keto diet so was looking for something on the menu without carbs and was thinking my options were limited. However, after discussing my dietary requirements the staff offered to prepare me a salad with either
Simply wonderful coffee and envious views across the Derwent Valley. A great start/finish for a walk around the local woodland and surrounding villages. A true gem.
Met here on Saturday to meet my son ,daughter in law and my granddaughter who i have not seen for ages due to lockdown. The hospitality was wonderful, they served beautiful cakes and coffee.Thank you so much
Being selfish won't tell you how good everything is. Wanting to keep the quality food, quality service and lovely setting to myself. Won't tell you either about how good the butchers nearby is.
Went for lunch, for my dad's birthday. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was lovely. Would recommend going.
Five of us plus dog turned up in the middle of a walk almost at closing time - Staff really welcoming and friendly - Sat in the outdoor covered seating coffee and cake excellent.
