this establishment deserves 7 stars, the food is out of this world, very tasty and fulfilling . staff very attentative and friendly.one of the best meals I have eaten. the surroundings could not be nicer, lovely coal open fire great on could nights, last night was my 4th visit and I will definately be travelling down from Irvine of a regular basis remember to always book your table, although you might just be lucky to walk in
Consider myself a bit of a foodie. Had to go for the steak pie and it was outstanding. So tender it was near pulled beef. Great flavour and loved the way it was done. Fish platter was a feast. All properly seasoned. Kiddo had the burger.

Amazing service, food and atmosphere. Had an amazing night with family and friends for a 60th private function. Absolutely ideal place for this type of event. Thanks to Ryan and his team all went perfectly.
Nice cosy atmosphere with friendly attentive staff. The menu was pub/bistro and what we ate (main and desserts) was well cooked and tasty. I'd happily go back

Four of us went for Sunday lunch yesterday afternoon and it was excellent. My wife and I ordered the Sunday Roast and we were not disappointed, good size portions and extremely tasty. My cousin and his wife had the Trio of meat dish which they both really enjoyed.
The service was first class and the prices were good value.
We will definitely be returning.
Delicious food, can highly recommend the trio of meats and the teriyaki salmon ! This is a wee treasure of a place. Good value for money, never had a bad meal and the staff are very friendly. Will definitely be back!
It doesn't look like much from the outside but inside you are greeted by friendly staff, a very clean place and a cosy atmosphere. The roast beef was excellent and the burgers looked great. The portions sizes were a little on the small side for what you are paying. Overall a great experience.
Lovely restaurant, we had a really nice meal here. 2 adults and 2 kids. Both menus were brilliant and very generous portion sizes. Lots of choice and not just bog standard stuff. Highly recommend the food and the chocolate brownie was the best I've had in a while!
All the staff were great and I genuinely felt bad I had no coins to give as a tip and there was no option for the service addition on the card machine so it would be great if this was added on!
Good value for money too.
