I ordered a 12 count nugget meal and apparently they dont know how to count. I only got 11. Even at that the nuggets were fairly small. I've had better from other chikfila's.

Don't get me wrong I LOVE chic fil a but not this location's chic fil a. The employee who took my order was off track. I asked him to review my order again and he just removed the pickles out of our deluxe just like that. I asked him not to remove and pickles and he did. After getting my order to me and going back home I realized that 2 of the sandwiches was just bread and chicken! only the 3rd one was the right one. And I ordered 2 side salads for me and another person with me. Instead I got 1 side salad! The dude who took my order is mentally retired😠💢

Food delivery was one hour later than ETA. Food was cold, ice in drinks had melted already. I called a dozen times for an update, only got voice mail. Why even offer delivery when you're this bad at it? It just ruins your image for the customer. I would have rather been denied delivery and told that pickup was the only option so that I could better manage expectations. When I go in person the "manager" is dismissive of my frustration with their level of service,shrugging and saying "it's just an estimate"

My fries were upsized without me asking for it. The total was a little more than I usually pay so I asked Jose Rodriguez why. He was snappy and in a hurry to take the next order so I didn't get a response. Jose should mind his tone and attitude for his sake.
Overall the food is consistent, the speed of service is slow compared to other CFA, and the customer service is hit or miss.

It is really sad that this particular site has trouble with getting orders correct through the drive thru and home deliveries. Best double check your orders closely before leaving. I gave them the benefit of the doubt after 2 messed up home deliveries. This time the items were correct, but they were late again. I ordered at 6:39pm and arrived after calling at 7:59pm. Management:you need to get it together. Several friends and family have also had issues with this chic fil a site.

Chick-fil-a like always, delicious and fast the only thing was I order my burger with no cheese and both of my orders came with lots of cheese but they were good, next time I'll add special instructions.
