Unfortunately lack of service and cleaningless.
Becky helped me placed order, no receipt given since she stated "I need to walk all the way to the back, and besides you are the only order".
Drink machine ice does not work, so I stand in front of counter and manager at the drive window just look at me and turn away as well as employee leaning on a cups and lids cart grabbing his hair to fix it under the hat. He did at least 3 times since I noticed.
By this time I noticed that's was around what they look employees gathering around in a table next to the entrance.
There were ANY clean table... I sat in the most decent. A family of 7 just came in, order and they are standing around looking for a clean place to eat from the 20 table sections.
One of the girls of rhe family complaint that his drink takes bad ... just like mine.
This location: S 10th street, McAllen TX is in a great location but there a lack of interest from management and employees to meet the minimum standards in a restaurants.
I might even sent tv news or complain to someone else to make a inspection.

You call this am impossible whopper? And why do you charge 40cents for drinks and fries, aren't they supposed to be in the combo as well?

The only reason I visited Burger King is because Whataburger was packed with people (I wonder why?) Burger King burgers are soaked with mayo to the point that the bun falls apart. Where's the beef? It's in the pool of mayo trying to keep it's head above water. The fries are not worth your time and hard earned money. They have this bitter after taste that you're either going to throw away or force feed yourself. Sorry BK but your QC guy doesn't seem to care what the customer is being served. The only thing you can count on at our local BK's is consistantly bad food. Sorry, but I get to complain since I paid for the darn meal.
