love love love!! best burgers we’ve had in a while :) the sliders were very nice and so was the filly cheese steak - but the star of the meal was definitely the chilly cheesy mac bites!! also wanted to give a shout out to the young lady who is a trainee bartender who made my passion fruit mojito - you did an amazing job :) so yum!!! wish i took a pic!

My first review must have been taken down by the googlebot for being to good. Credit due where deserved though. Good place, wonderful customer service, food wait times where good and the food all around was excellent. I had the cheese burger and was one of the best ones I've had. Reasonably priced, in a good location.

A very known place to enjoy variety burgers. We thoroughly enjoyed Fried chicken burger with french fries and Pepsi. There was also a vegetarian option with onion chips . A wait here is very usual, as people tend to spend more time there. Con: with a bar stool it is difficult for kids to stay on for longer time and the music could have been a little toned down. A good experience though. Shall drop in more times.

Merrywell used to be one of my favourite restaurants and I'm so sorry to find the quality of food and service so low post pandemic! This is my second time here after pandemic, first time I talked with the manager and gave him some feedbacks but it seems nothing has been changed since then. To be honest I feel the Mecca's Classic Angus in good branches could have better quality. Tasteless chips, not even properly salted! Burger bun is not fresh as freezer burn spots are obvious! Cutlery is not provided "same as Mecca's probably ", and when you ask for Cutlery you receive unusable disposable wooden Cutlery by which you can't cut your burger. Team members don't look like happy and you can't find smile on anyone's face. In summary, quite disappointing!!!

Pretty good burgers. Classy bar doesn't quite match with the Americana Burger vibe, but doesn't detract. Aussie Deluxe burger was chunky and filling, pineapple was a little bland but everything else great - lots of bacon. Soft drinks are poured from the bar, and chips were standard thin cut but nice. Pricing decent for crown

Had a few sliders and a beef burger to start, with some fries. The burgers I had were basic, but done really well, they haven’t tried to be something they’re not, or go over the top. Juicy, full of flavour and the textures are all there with the ingredients and the bun. Definitely be here again next time to try some other burgers on the menu. This restaurant was crowned best burgers in Melb for so long in the past. This makes it a great place to start for burgers. Their menu has evolved a little but still there with the quality and taste.
