Good service, good ambience, good food. Celebrated a family birthday here And staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Food was able to be enjoyed by all even though some were not so good at spicy food, there was a dish to suit all tastes. Pictured with my review is the Tom Yum hot pot, Green Chicken Curry, Lamb Masaman Curry, Pineapple Fried Rice, Pad Thai, Thai milk tea.

An upmarket thai restaurant with top quality food and exemplary customer service. Not all Thai restaurants were created equal. It’s not all about the cheap and cheerful thai take away with the funny names like ‘Bow Thai’ or ‘Thaitanic’ (I love these puns by the way) – you can have thai food in style. Like proud parents, Lemongrass are proud to show off their awards and hardware – because they earnt them! I was treated to an array of their signature dishes. There are dishes that impress and there are dishes that satisfy. The pineapple fried rice was tasty and visually stunning. Their laksa (both the curry laksa and assam laksa) is one of the best I’ve had in Melbourne. Flavourful, tangy, spicy and aromatic – I could drink that broth every day. Quality ingredients and produce, cooked wonderfully, packed with flavour. I was not served one bad dish. They also have a very good cocktail and drinks menu and sweet options. The restaurant itself is decked out very nicely with interesting pieces. Service is top notch but you expect nothing less from a thai restaurant. You are paying more because it’s a sit down experience but ultimately worth the money. If you want to take someone on a date or a nice meal, then I highly recommend Lemongrass. You won’t be disappointed.

Everything just hit the spot. For starters we ordered the fish patties and seafood soup. The peanut sauce for the patties were just delicious. The seafood soup had the perfect mixture of spices to give it unbelievable flavour. The beef sticks were marinated perfectly and melted in your mouth. NO wonder they are best Thai restaurant in town.

Without a doubt one of the best Thai restaurants around Melbourne! Excellent food and service - makes this place a winner in my books. Their cocktails are divine (Lemongrass Daiquiri & the Siamese Princess are a must-try) and the dishes are phenomenal. Pineapple fried rice, green chicken curry, soft shell crab curry, pork neck, satay skewers, wok fried crispy pork and greens, cashew chicken, curry puffs and the desserts... OMG. They're all stand-out dishes. You need to put Lemongrass in your 'places to eat' list asap! Thanks Chef Paul and to your wonderful team for looking after us.

The food is nice. Especially there are a diversified drinks, cocktails... The price is a bit expensive that I thought it is because of the location... The decoration can be improved to impress more as Thai’s culture... The service should be more improved when I have waited for long to get my order. The staff needs to be trained more professional.

It is easy to find, on the Lygon street, near Argyle Square. The environment is so great and comfortable. The most important is FOOD IS AWESOME! Tried six dishes, all are delicious. My favorite and high recommendation is Seafood Hotpot! It definitely is on the must-order list. All seafood is fresh, even though it is spicy, just can not stop.

An outstanding Thai restaurant with some of the best food and service in Melbourne. We have been many times and its always great. The Tofu in chilli basil is amazing and we tend to stay with our favourites. We went recently with my sister who loves crab and the special Crab dish was delicious and superbly presented.

Worst Thai restaurant in my one month stay in Melbourne. Tom yum soup is far too sweet. The stir fried red curry beef rice is actually not stir fried. They deep fried the beef and it’s dry and hard. I really don’t know how they can get a best Thai restaurant 2017 in Victoria.
