Kind of disappointed. Plenty of better Vietnamese eatery around Melbourne, if you can endure the hunger, avoid this place.
Came on a Sunday around 4:30pm and it clearly states in the shop there’s some “happy hour” deal between 3pm-6pm.
Zilch! Nothing happy about their menu, their price or their food portion.
I paid the same price for a minuscule portion of rare beef noodles (medium size).
Maybe “happy hour” means the boss is happy (pun intended).
No hot drinks available in this place, all drinks are self service from a fridge.
Won’t come back again.

By far some of the best Pho I’ve had. There’s free wifi here for those of you who want to stay connected just be sure to ask when ordering. The woman who greeted me was very kind and even shared some tips in and around the area. If you are staying in town and need some good food I’d give this a go. The regular portions at Pho 7 are hearty! The soup is full bodied, a testament to the ingredients that went into preparing it. The pho also came with a huge, separate, serving of bean sprouts and basil leaves, a boon for those who wants vegetables to go with their pho. The rice paper rolls were also delicious.

Ordered beef special pho and it was just average. They don’t serve hot beverages, only bottled and tin can drinks which is a bummer for me.
Service was below average, the person who served me seem to be walking in and out of the kitchen and I’m assuming she cooks as well.

This is my favourite pho place to go at any time whenever I am venturing to the city for any reason. The service is here is immaculate and they treat you like you're family. Delicious food. Will return weekly!

Would not come back: phở broth was very bland (look at the lack of colour, I was also expected to be hit with and immersed in the smells of phở upon entering, I was not), small portion size, and herbs and bean sprouts were wilted. Customer service was nice though.

But their services are really bad , shout at customer with a black face ,i knew you r busy ,but we pay for food with politeness,why u keeps using ur black face to not only me but every customer?
