Bread Top

Bad customer service. I came here for the first time at around 10 am today. 1. Staff did not say hello or seemed to welcome me when I came in. 2. They opened the cupboard doors to fill in breads without a proper warning. I almost got hit by it. 3. After I paid, she just put the bread in the bag, left it on the counter and went somewhere, not even said “Thank you”. I wonder why the owner can still let these situations happen while there are already so many complaints about their service?

Another day and once again try to find something that takes my fancy at Bread Top. Just don’t think I’m cut out for this ‘sweet bread’ style of food. Had a danish and it was okay, a little doughy in the middle. There array of food is vast and the store seems to turn over quite a bit of food so you know it’s fresh. Staff are lovely. Prices are reasonable.

Breadtop is a fairly common franchise in the city, so if you've been to one branch you know what stock to expect. But this site is located close enough to the other stores I was going to, so it's a good location. If you've never tried Breadtop, it's an Asian bakery with some of the best snacks, pastries and desserts... I usually try to get some of the take-home bags for the family members back at home ❤

Staff don’t have any idea about one single thing of customer service. Pure stupidity of hiring these staff they damaged your brand. I wish I could give a 0. Also I was getting the same bread in different days I was charged different surcharge one charged me five cents the other charged me 10 . You need to be consistency mate this is absurd.
