Hungry Bear Pizza Bar

Had dinner here the other night, and opted for the vegetarian Peter Peter. and wow was i amazed! The pizza base was cooked perfectly still ensuring a thin yet crispy base. What a creative menu they have to offer. The staff were all incredibly friendly and polite. Loved the atmosphere of the restaurant and definitely highly recommend this place. Great prices for high quality pizza that you feel content after eating! My new local hangout!! 11/10!

Originally stopped by for coffee, had a long black and was delightfully surprised by how rich and flavoursome their grizzly blend was! The barista was an absolute angel, nothing was too much trouble! My grandson loved his babychino and the little chocolate teddy bear that came with it! She convinced me to try the pizza and boy I was not disappointed! I had the grizzly adams simple yet done to perfection, we will definitely be back to try out the rest of the menu!

Heated outdoors restaurant nestled with a Melbourne Central laneway. Wood shingles line the walls and woolen flannel covered seats & woolen blankets at every table give the Hungry Bear an American cabin in the forest feel. However, with an Aussie spin as you can order the "Paul Hogan" pizza and see Aussie camping and koala photos inside. Service was great & pizza to table was super fast. Limited indoor seating available and plenty of seating outside. Chicken Little pizza (Vietnamese flavours of coconut lime yoghurt, coriander and chilli) washed down with an Aussie lager was amazing.
