N Lee Bakery

This place used to be great always a line out the door but was happy to wait, however changed owners and went down hill fast. I have given them a few chances since but walk away disappointed each time. A few things I found irritating was they microwaved the chicken obviously from day before. I also asked for no chili or coriander they added both. only minor but ticks me of as they now add the meat on the side of the salad not below. Bad customer service and they always seem rush with long waiting times despite having a lot less customers than they used to.

This place has the best Banh Mi in South Melbourne. The staff are super friendly, service is quick and the vietnamese iced coffees are a must try! The line starts to form at about 12pm as all the offices around break out for lunch, but it moves quite quickly. If you're not sure what to try first, I highly recommend the grilled pork.

Staff need to be 100% accross what's in their products, asked what ingredients were in what looked like a cheese and bacon roll and she said only cheese and bacon. I asked if onion or anything else was in there just to clarify and the answer was no just cheese and bacon. After biting into i noted there is onion all the way through it so thank you so much for riuning my morning as i will now be unwell. Also what kind of bakery doesnt sell rolls yet has them lined up on the shelves? Not a bakery in my opinion either. Perhaps a name change and staff education is required. Wont be returning.
