I have had to update this review after recent events. The manager seems to think it is OK to be rude to customers. I have witnessed this on a number of occasions and to be honest it has started to happen more frequently. While the coffee is good I will be avoiding this place hereafter as I don't want to be publicly abused. You can see from the owners reply how bad this place has gotten. Below was my review before this place went to the dogs. You can see that management weren't too worried about having me as a customer until I called out their appalling behaviour. Original review below. Usually pretty good. The coffee isn't for everyone but I like it. If I could give some feedback it would be that a couple of times I had to wait a loooong time for coffee and had to give up. Perhaps the staff could give an indication as to wait times when taking orders.

It’s been terrible experiences here during all my three visits. Extremely rude and defensive. Everyone says same things in all low-rating reviews if you read more reviews. One lady staff who seems the owner could approach way better to customers. There are tons of great coffee shops around in Brunswick. Reply to owner: I presented the mygov issued Valid certificate and checked-in status which was instructed on the official website required by Law.🙂 Best wishes.
