Palsaik Korean Bbq

We were having Dinner. The food was great.. although the side dish is missing something. OR probably I didn't see it due to the lack of lighting. I know they want this low light ambient feeling atmosphere. But it kind of a let down.. especially when we can't see what we are cooking.. and able to appreciate the dishes. The lighting reminds me of eating in candlelight place. But I can't argue the food was really "great" it just the lighting make it feel awkward. And probably better book due to it popularity and also small space. In terms of service, they decent enough to accommodate us.

We came around 6.15pm, didn't have a booking so we waited for 45 mins to get a table. We ordered the pork set, which includes 8 flavours of pork, 2 rices and 1 seafood soup. The food came quickly with side-dishes as well and looked quite appetising. The taste was average. The differences of those porks were not distinctive. The service was overall bad. We pretty much cooked the meat by ourself (usually at a korean bbq, staff will cook the meat for you) and they didn't change the grill plate for us. So towards the end, the burnt bits sticked to the meat and made it inedible. We gave the place a try and won't be back.
