very friendly and great service but after trying your coffee for few times I am bit disappointed with the taste. It must be my taste I suppose, I feel like its just warm milk with no coffee in it. But hey..you guys still great at service.

LOVE Streat Coffee — HQ down in Collingwood is one of my faves and love what you guys are doing for the community.
This Melbourne Central location is usually on point (when the guy with the beard is on duty..) but when there’s a young woman, maybe around 5”2 or so in height with brunette hair, it’s a miss. She’s rude and the coffee is also a miss. She literally made my coffee so quickly that the first time I gave her some grace koz maybe she was having an off day.
2 days later, she served me again — rude and again, coffee was bad. I didn’t bother to go back because she wouldn’t have listened anyway.
It’s simple, rude girl, if you’re on staff, I’ll go up to Rustica. If you’re not on staff, I’ll buy Streat.

Nice and conveniently placed cafe in the heart of RMITs city campus. Good, but limited, food choices. Only suggestion is to lower the discount for those who bring reusable coffee cups, it will greatly encourage the use of them!

Once a favourite coffee shop in the cbd, but the service has really gone down hill. No need for rudeness. I'll take my business elsewhere
