Return purchase. Purchased pearl milk tea. Quick and good service. The tea was ok as expected. Ice and sugar can be altered. The packaging was ok. The shop is clean and neat. People should try this item.

Not too busy and manual counter working fine , I asking to the staff if you can take my order but suddenly both staff being so rude asking me take order at the machine. The way they speak to me is rude. After I placed my order around 5:51-5:53pm (26 July 2022, please check CCTV), I saw one of the staff(same person who rudely asked me take order using machine) touch her nose and she didn’t wash her hand! Gross!!!

Terrible service. Stood there for about 5 minutes today while the servers had no customers to serve and stood right in front of me counting money acting like I wasn’t there and offered no explanation. Oh and the self serve machine wasn’t working

Service was unfriendly and rushed even though we were the only 2 customers there at 10am. The actual drinks were pretty decent, though a bit too much sugar. Yes, he asked me if I wanted sugar and I did but its much more than expected. The service was very quick though and the guy looked like he could work in a downscale bar.

really delicious tea, only problem is the pearls are NEVER ready when they open. either be ready to wait or come after 1120!

I come here quite often but today the number of pearls were inadequate to say the least. Like a single line. Disappointing as the pearls were pretty much all gone after a few sips.

The staff don’t even ask how much sugar I want and the drink was too sweet! If you don’t wanna wait in a long line, find another branch.
