Ordered my drink only to find out after paying they didn’t have any of the ingredients. Over 45 minute wait for a drink I didn’t really want. Overhearing other orders they had barley any flavours or toppings available. Couldn’t offer a refund either.

Tried the Lychee Fruit Bubble tea with black pearls. The customer service was not up to the mark. Some guy(I guess the manager) was staring at me as if why I am getting a bubble tea. Anyway, the lady at the counter at least asked me whether I am getting a Green Tea or Black Tea? In fact, that is the first time I am noticing there are two types of tea. The service was average, the bubble tea tasted decent.

Purchased the matcha latte and it tasted okay, not particularly special or worth buying again, a homemade one would’ve costed less and tasted the same. The wait for the drink was quite long, wouldn’t buy again

Terribly slow and unhelpful service. Waited in line to order for 10 minutes, then got told to go to the self-serve machines which did not work. In the meantime they served other customers. Waste of time and other customers who had already paid told me they were already waiting for 30 minutes. Go somewhere else

Great quality drink as usual. The 25 minute wait was not ideal. Staff seemed rather unorganised. Some customers had been waiting over 30 minutes for drinks.
