Hahndorf's

It’s been my go to place for 15 years with friends and on my own when I need time out. Quality hot chocolate, milkshakes and chocolates ( I don’t drink coffee). Some girls are young.. yes (as stated in previous reviews)…. but at least they are working and learning. Encourage the girls … don’t put them down for showing initiative! Great place!!

Best Staff and Priced Iced Mocha's/ Chocolate/Coffees out of ALL the Hahndorf's Fine Chocolates. Love that they are Open Later too. We used to Ride up here along the Koonung Trail when the Kids were little. Now that they're in Secondary School they can Ride themselves to get one. Plus the Best thing about this Cafe is you always get to Choose a Complimentary Chocolate with your Drink or Food Purchase.

Always welcoming staff and well made hot chocolates and espresso coffee. You receive a complimentary choccie with your beverage, I usually go for Devonshire Cream. They have five packs of a variety of choccies too. The choccies are pretty nice quality and comes in a good variety of flavours, some of which are limited edition in that they're phased in and out. Most of these five pack types you receive an espresso freebie, which comes with a "piggy-backed" free choccie which is good value. ☕🍫 Staff are friendly and polite, sometimes you need to wait a while for your beverage to be served, due to how busy it is in here - but it's always worth the wait.

BEFORE COVID-19: The picture below was a photo before the virus happened. I ordered a Mocha and it was fantastic! They gave me a free handmade chocolate to try (Dark Chocolate Mousse) and it was so good! DURING COVID-19: I was working nearby and tried to have some chocolates. I had a Dark Chocolate Caramel and (again) a Dark Chocolate Mousse. The Caramel one tastes so amazing. I know now where to go to have my chocolates. The staff was very helpful in walking me through the selection of handmade chocolates, too.

Had a soy mocha here and it really just tasted like soy milk and water 🤪... until the last bit where a huge glob of melted chocolate slid into my mouth 😛 sigh! I really want to like this store...the person working there is so friendly, and you get a free chocolate with your coffee, and the grand mariner chocolate is quite yummy
