Bluebag Fresh - Bourke Street

I really like this place, the Collin's St one is a bit better especially for porridge in the mornings. This location is still pretty good (fast friendly service). The only feedback I have is the kale for the salads is a bit tough because they don't properly prep it(massage it) and it makes for an unpleasant eating experience. Please start massaging the kale beforehand.

I like Bluebag salads, however, this one located on Bourke Street seems to be getting worse and worse each time I go there. The portions are getting smaller and stingier every day. Where I used to feel nice and full from another Bluebag location, I am still left ravenous after eating from Bourke Street. The salads are also often not mixed up properly. I have found whole falafels I have had to chop myself with my plastic spoon. Also, you place your order with any extras, and then you get back to your office with your takeaway and realize they've forgotten to add the extras! I don't think I'll be coming back anymore. Today's salad really has been the last straw, so the people have spoken!

Tried this place for take away lunch yesterday and had a Falafel salad. Pros: Tasty and reasonably healthy Cons: Too expensive - $11 for small salad. It was full and order here sign was not visible. Stood in queue for 5 mins or so and when I got to the front was promptly sent to the back. Tried it again today and had the same salad. Pros: I knew where to order Cons: I was offered salt and pepper. I wasn't watching but the operator must have put a whole handful of salt on. It was absolutely inedible and had to go in the bin. I like salt too. $11 is too much top pay for NOTHING. Slow at till, chatting to customer. I can't recommend and won't go back and I work in the same building.
