Toto's Pizza House Richmond

You’d think a pizza store in a busy area would be serving quality food in order to stay competitive with other restaurants. My Hawaiian came absolutely all over the box, the base centre was uncooked with the edges burnt. The ingredients were of good quantity but it doesn’t matter when I have to scoop up the slop and place it back on the base described above. I wish I could upload a picture. Highly disappointed and will NOT be recommending

I ordered from here tonight because my regular pizza shop was closed. I really wasn't sure what to expect because of the negative reviews. But I must say I am impressed. I ordered a large bbq chicken and capricosa. They arrived on time and were hot when I opened. They use real chicken breast on their pizza and both were very tasty. The only issue I had was the pizza base was a bit limp and soggy. Had to eat with a knife and fork. Good prices and good value. I would recommend this place.

The most delicious pizza I've ever had. Get traditional pizzas. You won't regret it. I recommend The Lot 1961, Pepperoni, and Margarita. We've had them almost every other week for the last three years. It's that good. Price is very affordable. Order online, pick DEAL 2 and get two large traditional pizzas, soft drink and garlic bread for $32! Delivery is free and doesn't take too long when you place an order through their website.

Ordered a herb/garlic pizza bread and lasagna for delivery tonight. Food came earlier than expected and was very hot and fresh. The herb pizza bread was okay, nothing special. The 'lasagna' however was just a container of bolognaise sauce, with some broken sheets of pasta mixed in! No discernible layers, & no cheese whatsoever, let alone bechamel. Never seen anything like it. It was also burnt and dry on one edge and the corners, from being microwaved too long. It shouldn't be too hard to get lasagna right, and the irony is that putting more layers of pasta in would most probably reduce the food cost of the dish, as well as improve its quality. Then again, it's more time consuming to actually put together a properly layered lasagna rather than mix a few broken sheets of pasta into a container of meat sauce and throw it in the microwave, which seems to be the method employed here. My first, and last, order from Toto's.

Ordered a Gourmet pizza today🍕 asked for extra chilli and this is what arrived! It's not a bad photo, you just can't see any of the toppings because it is absolutely covered with at least a handful of chilli flakes which then burned during cooking. I tried to eat a piece but the flakes were too thick, they adhered to my lips, the roof of my mouth and my tongue. My lips swelled up 💋 but to be fair they looked kinda nice but it didn't make up for the ruined pizza. What made it worse was the totally unrepentant staff. They stood by their decision to totally cover and burn the chilli flakes on to the top of the pizza. I suggested that I wanted to bring the pizza back so they could see for themselves that they had rendered the pizza inedible and after a great deal of protestations we agreed I would return the pizza and they would replace it BUT they absolutely stood by the amount of chilli flakes they had put on the pizza. Am I wrong? I thought chilli flakes were a spice that was incorporated into food. I'm a chilli fan, hotter the better, but I still wouldn't want to eat a pile of actual chilli flakes. Chilli lovers let me know if I am being unreasonable.

Ordered over Uber Eats, took about 1.5 hours to arrive. Ordered about 8pm, arrived about 9.30. Ordered 2 large, 2 regular - received 4 regular. Orders correct, sizes wrong. Still charged for the larger ones though. Pizzas probably would have been pretty decent if they were hot. Unfortunately driver took more than an hour to get them to us, and they were wrong size when delivered . Guys, get it together.
