Mrs Fields Cafe Highpoint

This franchisee is so obvious in skimping out on everything haha. Coffee tastes like they dont clean their machine throughout the day (i am experienced in cafe/restaurant hospitality for almost 10 years now) They use Aldi soy milk - which i use and is not that bad - but in a professional shop... it just looks really bad and cheap. At least they dont charge you for that. Their brandy snap creams are only filled with 'cream' barely on the edges to give you the illusion of it being stuffed full. And here's the kicker....They charge you for using your card even though I said I am paying by EFTPOS savings and not by debit/credit/paywave - which I am pretty sure is illegal lol. Also what's up with the weird 5 cent increments on their products??? Either round up or round down?? $8.65?? It's so obvious that they're doing things on the cheap and profiting real hard because they are in a prime spot. Customer service is not all that great either for the amount of money they charge.
