Customer service kfc swanston store is really bad. I come there tonight at 10.20pm 01/02/2017 and i order 12 chicken wings. Then the girl say that they just sell 3,6,10 or 15 and she keeps asking me that do I want 2 boxes of 6. I say Ok. Then her face is getting angry and giving me a box with 12 wings without bag as normal. Never and ever go back there again.

1 stars or even half. Why? You didnt change the oil for frying the chicken at all. You used the same oil multiple times to deep fry the chicken. When i received the chicken and ate it at home, my mum noticed how black the chicken looked. It didnt look fresh golden brown. It was dark brown. And later when it was cold, my family grilled it in our oven to heat it up, and after heating we absorbed all the oil on the paper towel. Guess what the oil is black not yellow ? How can you treat your customers with such attitude and bad service ? I wont shop at your store ever again.

Quick enough to order .. But I thought it was strange when I was given a 600ml drink instead of the 1.25L that came in my meal. When I said that I think my meal comes with a large drink I was met with the response "you can get whichever size you want". Why would I want the small size when I paid for the large? Every fifth chip tasted foul so they were a lucky dip. The Pepsi was alright, considering they didn't have any of the other drinks I wanted. Oh well. The reviews are right on this one.
