Wheelly Good Coffee

took 20 minutes for my coffee to arrive. I ordered a latte and they brought out a flat white so I didn't know it was for me. Then when I pointed out that I was still waiting for a coffee for 20 minutes they then made a less than average coffee that tastes like milk being microwaved. It'd have made up for the poor service had the coffee itself tasted decent.

I rarely write reviews like this but I think management really need to get this place sorted. Arrived today.. It took about 10-15 minutes to order anything.and the poor girl at the counter clearly hasn't been trained properly She didn't know where any of the stuff was, had no idea where any of the items on the till were and didn't even know how to reverse an item. To top it off the staff had no idea about the bliss ball and coffee deal due to lack of communication from staff. Since when does a Cafe run out of coffee? I had to point out to use the coffee beans on display otherwise the Cafe really wouldn't have been able to sell any coffee - one of your biggest profit makers. OK rant over. I am extremely frustrated about my experience.

I am absolutely appalled by my service today!! 🤬 I was serviced at around midday by a young uptight little boy with glasses and a really rude attitude, ordered a latte and was spoken to VERY rudely when he asked me for my cash, I was instantly uncomfortable being there and am very disappointed with this behaviour. I trust you will get better staff who are KIND to their customers!! As long as he is working there, I will not be purchasing anything. THANKS
