Absolutely appalling service, especially on the mangers behalf! Bought a pair of shoes that came faulty was willing to keep them as I loved the shoe. Shoes were worn for no more then 1-2 hours and inside started falling apart. This is clearly not wear and tear. Manager handled situation so so poorly, questioning me almost to the point of interrogation as to why I hadn’t gone to the store sooner or sent photos to head office as soon as I saw the fault when I purchased them online. 1. Shoes shouldn’t be shipped out faulty. 2. Questioning a customer like that is absolutely disgraceful! Asking why it took me so long to bring up the issue with the shoes... (Aka things happen in life that may prevent you from worrying about getting faulty shoes to a store ASAP!) I’m beyond appalled with this matter. Will definitely be taking this further.

I bought a shoes from them after wearing it once i felt really uncomfortable and it hurts a lot,I couldn't walk even one more step ! I spend a lot of money to have a comfy shoes because of pain of my knees .I went to the store and they didn't accept to exchange it for me I ended up buying another one from them but still didn't accept to exchange the other one! Really unprofessional and the customer service was smiling at us and said that I can't do this for u .she called up a security for my husband and was like I'm not the manager come back when she's here . It was actually second time driving all the way from northen suburbs just because of this shoes I don't recommend it any one else anymore. U just lost a customer
