Food Hall

Came in for a meal after a late game, and left very satisfied. It was a bit of a wait for food but there was pretty much only 2-3 workers serving a full and busy restaurant so a big kudos to the crew. For all the nit-picky reviewers complaining about long waits, maybe you should put yourself in their shoes having to serve a whole restaurant completely understaffed. 🤷‍♂️

The place is somewhat chilled, I would not recommend the tonkatsu ramen and gyoza. Ramen with no egg, it's like you mix soggy Chinese noodle, under season Korean bulgogi with bits of bone, very sweet sour bamboo shoot, hard striped fungus, and light pork broth (it's not tonkatsu broth). Gyoza is sad enough the inside is soggy and liquid, I think it's raw. @Fumi, try to get the component right. Is this ramen?, I don't think so😵‍💫

Cute “hole in the wall” type place with a great atmosphere and friendly staff. The menu has something for everyone with options for Malaysian, Thai, Korean and Italian meals. Fairly priced food and generous portions. Would definitely recommend if you are close by the Yarra River although it can be a bit tricky to locate as it’s tucked away in a back alley way. Another downside is the train tracks directly overhead - although this is at no fault of the restaurant.

Great food, fresh, tasty excellently prepared and presented. The chef serving was friendly and cool! It is a great spot under the historic bridges next to the park and river. There is outdoor seating (not in use as it was a Covid lockdown when I was there) reminds me of Singapore. Great spot for cheap eat!
