Lovely friendly family-run team with very efficient and consistent service.
We've tried most within a 3bsuburb radius and keep coming back to Fish Plus now.

Best potato cakes ever! Flake is also really good, but it is the potato cakes that keep me coming back.

Tonight we ordered from Fish Plus for the first time.
We ordered a flake, a gluten free grilled flake, a gluten free grilled blue grenadier, 3 potato cakes, and a small chips.
All of the fried battered food was really tasty and the potato cakes were nice and thick!
However Fish Plus gets a 3 star rating due to the grilled fish.
It was overcooked and rubbery and tough. My grilled flake was the same texture as a chicken tenderloin which means it was definitely over cooked and it was inedible. Unfortunately had to throw it in the bin.
If you choose to eat here, I would stick to ordering their battered options. I will be back for the potato cakes!

I was pleasantly surprised by this place. Doesn't look like anything special but the menu is good, the food is good and it's decent value for money. Staff pretty friendly and they have paywave with no surcharge, which I was pleasantly surprised by. Will probably become my local Fish n Chips!

Locally sourced Gummy, home-made burger patties, great value packs! Competitive prices. Friendly service with a smile! Definitely one of the best in Melbourne!

Just picked up some grilled whiting dim sims and chips,ordered in shop. Got home in
less than 3 minutes and seriously the worst takeaway I've had of recent. Chips soggy dim sims soggy fish oily.
Had to use my airfryer to salvage it.
Should go back for a refund disgusting.

Great food love the potato cakes and the fried fish. Definitely recommend if you have a fish and chip craving.
