Lovely lady named Lydia on shift, very knowledgeable about the coffees, there source, growing conditions, the pros and cons of each roast level. Enjoyed our visit.

Had the most amazing caramel frappe of my life . Amazing service from a lovely person called George. Made it feel like summer in the winter. Even though I got a cold drink it made me feel warm inside with just his smile.

My favorite place! Great staff who are friendly and always making me feel welcome.
2 Asks:
1. Please manage the aircon temperature - it is bitterly cold in there.
2. Have a separate team serving drive -thru customers. Those customers inside often wait for ages to be served when the drive thru is busy.
Thank you :). Fabulous team 🌸🌸

Relatively new, but wonderfully clean and air-conditioned. No sofas, but good chairs with lumbar support. Lots of people on laptops, which I don't mind because they don't tend to make noise.
