Lido's Restaurant

We were in town from the Springfield area for the lantern festival. We got the largest calamari I have ever seen. Light breading, allowing the taste of the calamari to shine. Love the crust on the pizza. Our 9 year kept saying he was “in heaven” and told the owner it was worth the drive. Pasta dishes were delicious. Staff was attentive and friendly.

I called to make reservations for 6 at 3:30 pm. Was told none needed. Our waitress was so informative and patient and extremely attentive with a bit of dry wit thrown in the mix. The food was delicious . We enjoyed every bit of our repast. I will return. The mussel appetizer is huge. A must go to restaurant. A huge 6 thumbs up from all of us.

We have been going to Lido's for many years now, and the food has never let us down. Our favorites are the chicken parmigiana, lobster ravioli, and seafood and steak specials. The prices are incredibly reasonable, the portions are plentiful, and the staff are always friendly. Highly recommend this restaurant.

My wife and I are transplants from CA and moved right up the street. I am a stubborn Italian who is very particular and critical about homemade Italian food. I was impressed by the portion size, cost and quality of ingredients. Great red sauce on their cheese and pepperoni pies, the homemade meatballs were just fantastic and my wife adored their garlic bread. It felt like it came straight out of my Nonies kitchen. Very happy to have this high quality establishment within walking distance. If you're looking for a meal that feels like a little slice of home, look no further.

The wait staff was good oh, I feel that the food was a little over price for the quality, the sauce is not as great as I remembered when lidos ,when they were on Liberty Street and the quality seems so much better back then . My granddaughter had a great time she was graduating from elementary school. But like I said in my other reviews, Avanti's, Ledo's and Illiano's has better quality food
