Nothing to outlandish or extravagant but website was easy to use application easy to fill and had a great time there. Food is good not my type or yearly eatery I'd prefer only on holidays for the type of meals they serve but they are great quality and the experience is wholesome.

I truly want to give this place 5 stars. But time to time some managers and employees have attitudes. Other times you can tell the staff is slacking off by the cleanliness of the establishment. More often than not they are out of food I want to order which is absolutely ridiculous. As a customer who really wants this place to stay in meriden, can you please tighten uo the ship?

Cannot beat it.. Hidden secret for us that don't want fast food and pay basically the same as it. Excellent food and great portions. Highly recommend!

Pot pie so dried out inside it was hard.
Chicken soup tastes ok but is a horrifying shade of grey and there is maybe 4 noodles in it.
Would give no stars if that was an option

Great food great price!! Best Boston Market in the state .I have been to all of them. This location is absolutely the best in customer service, ask you about your dining experience ..The food is always tasty and fresh.They really care !!! Dont be surprised when the server walks over to you and asks you how your meal is ???Tell Al the manager ,Andy sent you !!!

Bad experience. Placed a delivery order at 9pm and was confirmed. Get a message at like 9:50pm that order was canceled. They say they "lost track of time" and was due to being out of food. Taking 45 mins for that is unacceptable

Nice location, tried the new Crispy Chicken with Country Gravy dinner. Chicken was very tasty, I just wish there was larger piece or maybe just 2 pieces, seemed a lot of money $9, for one small but very tasty piece of chicken and 2 sides. Service was slow sometimes had to wait for a few minutes. Which was odd because it looked like the Manager and a District Manager were seated 3 feet away, and never got up to help everytime I came up. 🤔
