I come here every now and then during lunch but its definitely out of my way to get lunch while on my break. What really aggravated me was seeing the doors locked only the drive thru open. What about the people who drive big trucks that can fit through your drive thru. Yoy won't service us if we walk to the window so what the hell are we suppose to do...

Not the best BK, not the worst. The staff is polite & they try hard. They’re having staffing problems like everyone. There’s an apology sign in the window saying “we’re going as fast as we can”. Any of the burgers are good, never cold. The fries are hit or miss. However for $1.29 their ice cream cup or cone is BY FAR the best value for a cold treat. McD’s are twice the price.

Absolute rudest drive thru worker I've ever seen. We ordered through the app and at the window he failed to give us our order three times. He became annoyed and angry very quickly, when we politely just kept having to ask for our stuff that he kept giving us only parts of. Finally he treated us like we were stupid for not knowing the last item, ice cream, they "didn't have" because we ordered through the app, like we're magically supposed to know why he didn't give it to us. In the end he just told us it's not his problem and closed the window on us. If you don't have something, just TELL US when you give us the order. They have a "short staffed" sign, which I understand, but there were several employees inside and we were the only customers there the entire time, and even if you are busy and struggling, that does not give anyone the right to be such a ****.

Requested my original chicken with no mayonnaise came home and it had mayonnaise plus the mayonnaise looked like it was there under the light for a while call the store manager and requested a refund and a new sandwich they stated that their store policy does not give out any refunds only to remake the sandwiches. I have to come from another town to exchange the sandwich

Who runs this place? Let me guess no one! I stopped here after work with my family to sit down and eat. The floors and tables were filthy. There was a bunch young kids behind the counter using profanity and being extremely loud and annoying to the point were we couldn't hear ourselves talk. We ended up leaving because of the noise. Is this a restaurant or a zoo? I WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!! Dear Management, you need a complete overhaul of your STAFF!!

As I showed up in lobby the girl that was in the front didn't even pay attention to me. Like she didn't care at all even she saw me waiting to make an order. And then her colleague told her to take the order from me. And then she didn't say hey or anything. She was so rude and mean. Then when she finish taking my order I told her thank you, because I try to be nice as I usual I am and I was so surprised that she didn't even answer you are welcome. So rude so mean.. and then when I got my order of crispy chicken sandwitch it was cold and not cooked well. when I back to ask for mayonnaise she yelled at me and she said " mam you need a mask you can't walk around without it" I don't mind to tell me that but to say more nice and more polite. ...This place I will never back again. Employee should be train how to treat customers. Or you will lose your customers. You already now lose one.
