Had chippy tea there, after a hike in the Brecon Beacons. All I can say is the chips are stunning and very generous, and a really good price.

Just been here again, had to wait for the chips to cook, so had a good conversation with the owner. Nice to have a personal chat while waiting, food was great too 😋

Stopped on a whim but glad to have done so. Fish & chips were outstanding! The fish was huge & the chips cooked to perfection. Won't think twice about stopping here again when I'm in the area!

One of the batter (joke) fish & chip shops in the Merthyr aria. I live locally - well 4 miles from here, however I find it well worth the 8 mile round trip when I fancy fish & chips.

Me and my family are here on holiday visited this place on a wim as wanted fish and chips
We ordered 3x large cod and chips 1x fruity curry sauce 1x spicy curry sauce

Im from Swansea called in here while passing,withought a doubt the best fish and chips I've had, nowhere around here comes close.

Allow a while to queue for what you want, as everything is cooked to order. But it means that the excellent batter on your fish is crispy all around, and the fish - very big, chunky pieces - is perfectly cooked! It's not greasy at all, and is served in large, flat boxes, so saves washing up! 😂
The owner (fryer) and staff keep you entertained while you wait. 😂 The best chippy for miles......! 👌
