Always a pleasant shopping experience here. Food hall is great with a decent range & the staff are always polite and friendly. Nice cafe. Ample parking.

Brilliant store, and great service. Why can't all shops be like this? the staff are all so well trained and they care about what they are doing. The quality of merchandise is the best on the High Street. One point to remember: the prices are the same as the Co Op, but the quality is so much higher (and the staff actually want to be there!). It's M and S for me every time.

Received brilliant customer service at the self service check outs yesterday. Steven was brilliant - helped me set up a Sparks card, all whilst entertaining my grizzly 5 month old. He showed me how to access digital receipts and even fetched a bag of Percy pig sweets for me which were free as part of the Sparks app download incentive. He really couldn’t have done more for me, all with a smile on his face. Can’t recall a time where I’ve received such good service in a store.

I tend to pop in here for the coffee shop. The coffee is very good and so are the cakes. It is quite expensive but nice to visit for an occasional treat

Great store with plenty of fresh food available. Although some items are expensive it was worth paying abit extra for the quality. The doughnuts were really nice with a rich and delicious chocolate dipping sauce. It is well worth a look around, some great items to try.

Chatted to a staff member in the food hall. He took time to tell me about a deal he thought i might like and showed me where it was. I left him and asked another member of staff where the floor manager was so that i could compliment him on my experience. Turned out the floor manager was the guy who showed me the offer. Funny five minutes.

You cant not like M&S and this 1 is no different. Well presented,clean, good quality clothes and other items as well friendly staff. Cafè is small and a busy one, but does serve light bites and good coffee.. Who knows when you spend a afternoon or day shopping you need a coffee.This isnt just any store this is a M&S store.👍🏻
