Spent some time waiting to order, but that's to be expected when you are using the drive-through

Enjoyed our food. The lady didn't see straws and napkins on our tray as I went passed so went and got me some without me knowing. I then found them under our order. They were very polite. Also the toilets were very clean even though it was half way through dinner time and the students were back and fore using them.

Ordered some breakfast to take away. Staff were okay but could barely hear over the tannoy as was a bit quiet.
Food was delicious- something about a breakfast sausage that hits different.

It was a cold and rainy summer's day in Merthyr, and I had been dashing around all morning for work.
The staff here are SO friendly and nice, the restaurant is clean, and more than anything, it provided the opportunity to grab a quick bite to eat, a coffee and reset for the rest of the day. 😊
Would def recommend it.

Lovely breakfast. Quick and friendly table service. Sat outside in the sun. Bit of an issue with delivery drivers parking everywhere and blocking road.

Food was missing from our order and we didn’t discover it until we were almost home. Otherwise, polite servers and clean facilities. Parking is a little awkward.

Not just your typical McDonalds. The staff were friendly and attentive, not just there to earn a wage like all others... the management are doing a great job in motivating their staff, and the are running with that bayon. All should be commended. The toilets (Men's at least) were clean and looked after which definitely makes a huge pleasant change.
Other Mcdonalds could learn a lot from this jewel of a restaurant.
