Taco Bell

Taco Bell on Veterans was delightful experience. I prefer using ordering kiosks myself, which a consumer had no choice due their signs citing they are short-staffed. Thus, you had no choice but to use it. The best part of my experience was not Taco Bell themselves, but it was witnessing an Uber Eats driver assisting an elderly .an with placing his order on the kiosk. It was very kind of her. The manager at Taco Bell should have given her a free meal or a free meal credit as she was there picking up an Uber Eats order, and she was saving their employees time. I ordered the fiesta potatoes and four beefy melts. The beefy melts were not quite put together the way they were at the Taco Bell on Claiborne I ordered the day before. Could be new staff. Not sure.

This has got to be the worst taco bell experience I’ve ever had. The only good thing was the coke and I asked for a large and they gave me a small with NO STAWS and said they were in the bag. The beans tasted like fish and there was a fish stick in a burrito. They also have me no sause when I asked twice.

They gave me cold natcho fries. I ask if they can give me new hot fries. She said it will take 3 mins. She said I couldn't wait in the line. At this location you can't go back around again. You have to go around the block, and get back in the drive thru line again. 😒 I ask for my money back. That wrong to tell a customer.

The food tasted fresh and the young man at the drive thru was very nice. We got our food fast and I was so happy that this Taco Bell was open at 8:30pm considering 2 other Taco Bell locations claimed they were closed around this time. The only downside was that they were out of the frozen drinks but other than that it was a better experience than the other Taco Bell locations.
