First visit, lovely breakfast, very polite and attentive staff. Beautiful surrounding, we will definitely be back.
We had a 70th birthday party here for family. There were over 20 of us and we had the buffet with roast beef, yorkshire puddings, roast potatoes and gravy. Then there were sandwiches, salad, chicken bites, spring rolls, coleslaw and it was all delicious. There were also mini carrot vlcakes which were delicious
The venue was great and the staff were very helpful and attentive. We had a fabulous afternoon and I would highly recommend Acklam Hall.
Stopped off here for a luxury G&T whilst on a dog walk on a warm summer day. I thought twelve quid was a bit steep, but it was one of the best beverages I have ever had.
We came last week for my friends birthday.
It was my first time here and I was impressed. The grounds were nice, and the interior was fabulous, loved the Audrey Hepburn picture .
Some of us had main meals, and a few had the afternoon tea.
We all enjoyed our food, and deserts were heavenly. I can't wait to come back here : ).
The staff were very nice and helpful.
The alcoholic drinks were quite expensive but all in all we had a lovely time.
Great Venue, Salmon and Pate starters. Seafood Risotto and belly pork Main. Apart from the belly pork being way to fatty. Food was very good. Service excellent. Good value at £17 for 2 course lunch.
This is such a beautiful place to go. It was my school and is a very special place to me. Beautiful building and excellent food and drinks are a bonus.

Lovely meal as usual but had a bit of a wait for our table. Staff very friendly and apologetic.
Went there for breakfast and was very impressed. We're both vegetarian, so I had the grilled avocado with roasted tomatoes & poached eggs on toast. It was delicious, and one of the nicest breakfasts I've had. Wife had porridge with berries & chocolate, and the porridge was superb, so thick, obviously real rolled oats and not some pre-packaged thing.
Well be back next week, and as often as we can!

Planned a surprise party in the private dining room and had an absolutely faultless experience! Katrina was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process, very communicative and even put on a speciality cocktail for the evening which really went the extra mile in making the event so special. On the day of the event the whole staff were attentive, friendly, and even had a story in place so the surprise-ee wasn't suspicious when they were taken into the private dining room. Will was our dedicated server and he really went above and beyond! Our pre-ordered food arrived piping hot and really delicious and no one had an empty glass all evening. Very grateful to such a dedicated team for helping us with a really special evening, would highly recommend!
