The staff seemed happy and eager to help. They were patient and kind which are rare qualities in the service industry. The food was excellent as you would expect from Pizza Hut but the staff are what would make me want to return to this restaurant.

Can't fault the venue or staff - however ordering via the QR code really can spoil the real life experience of going out to eat and takes precious time away from interacting with your table - some of us love no phone time & would rather speak with staff - one of the joys of eating out is the experience of it all being nudged to order via an app feels like I'm ordering a takeaway but sat somewhere else .. also mid way through the meal buying extra drinks or dessert can be a faff - STAFF here are 💯 venue is great and very clean - food was good 👍🏻

I love the food and atmosphere of Pizza Hut m’bro and the customer service is excellent!! Just a little suggestion: the fries are a little underdone and this has happened on a number of occasions. Just slightly harder than they should be inside. Would be perfect score if the fries were cooked enough!

It's a pizza hut, but more than a pizza hut. It's a place of comfort to enjoy the delicious and well prepared pizzas.
A side attraction i like at pizza hut is the free nice varieties of salad you can have with your pizza.
The place is just nice and comfy for family outings.

Fantastic service from server Izzy and manager Amy. The food was great, however the customer service was absolutely amazing. Outstanding friendliness and order resolution, any issues are taken care of efficiently. Great food, Great staff, I have never had a bad experience here.

The staff talk to you like they know you and that's great and they are so friendly. The food is always amazing. I wish there was stuff crust pizza on the unlimited buffet but other than that it's superb. The restaurant is always down and tidy with a great atmosphere. Toilets are always clean too. Great place all round. My kids love it too

What worked well: Online ordering using the QR code, kids activity things to keep the toddler busy, staff attentiveness, time from ordering to eating was super quick.

The service was spot on, our server didn't push or rush us to make decisions, she didn't bug us throughout by asking "is everything ok / how are things?" etc. Drinks, food & desserts were all correct fresh & hot where necessary.
The atmosphere was really nice, it wasn't to busy or loud.

Still the best pizza after all the years of competition it just seems to get better each time. Service is quick and easy with ordering from the table option. I have to say they are the most friendly staff in the world lol can’t do enough for you and always happy to help. 10 stars if I could

20/11/2018: Up to this visit, I have visited 17 other huts across the UK as I travel for business. This hut has been one of the best experiences ever.
I was welcomed and shown to my seat which was next to the entrance, I asked for another and he didn't have an issues at all.
They took my order without any issue and I used both the Qkcr app as well as the Pizza hut app for points.
The food came within 10 minutes, the quickest ever and as always the food was on point, just what I expected.
Staff were extremely friendly and checked in on me during my meal. All dishes were taken when it was obvious I had enough.
