Sharing chicken platter bigger than expected and the child's steak was cooked to perfection(Medium). Stopped in for family of 4 lunch, on the way to Scarborough on Good Friday and will look to stop in next time we pass.

Apart from allowing Simon Clarke MP in it is a great place to meet up with fellow Berwick Hills/ Pally Park/Doggy migrants.

Nothing much has changed in the last 20 years here, (50 years for my mam ha!) totally fine every now and then. Latest visit was a function and it was freezing, they don't serve coffee downstairs and the music was blasting for 1pm in the afternoon. But all adds to the nostalgic charm of the place 😅 lots of boro decor ;)

Brilliant pub for watching live sports !!!! Flaming Grill menu as well so good value and the steaks are on special offer all day Monday and Tuesday every week !!!

A good night was had by all at a 40th birthday bash. A good sized pub with a big beer garden and a big car park. Pretty good selection of draft beers. There was a band on for the party, Kewen and The Crosswalks. It could have done with some heat on though as it never warmed up.
