Visited with some friends for food today, I was really impressed with the staffs knowledge of the menu and allergies. I was asked before placing my food order if I had any allergies (I'm gluten intolerant so always ready to tell the staff, but was great to see the staff were trained to ask straight away as it is easy to forget sometimes!) It was pretty busy at the time and I could tell there was something happening with the food orders at the time, but the lady serving me was calm and sorting out the issues, she informed me the food might be a little bit longer whilst they caught up. This was fine for us! The food turned up after no longer than 15 minutes, piping hot and perfect! Drinks prices also are brilliant, I was told they have offers on Mondays Tuesdays and Wednesdays, which was brilliant! The staff were on top of clearing and cleaning tables pretty quick which is great to see.Will be visiting again.

Unfortunately myself, my wife, and little boy, had already eating before we went to the pub, however the meals really did look devine 😋 the service was spot on, literally only waited a couple of seconds b4 being served, and I also found the drinks was very cheap £4.60 for a pint of carling and a pint of cider 😀 the atmosphere was canny had a fair few people in downstairs but we sat up stairs with our little boy so he could play with his toys 😀 overall it was our first time in the pub, our first time in Middlesbrough, and we'll definitely be back again in the near future 😀

We had breakfast here and the server was amazing, so friendly and when the card machine went down still put the order through and I just paid a moment later. It was brilliant service and great to see someone who enjoys their job so early in the morning! Clean, good food and a nice environment. It was full of middle aged men drinking pints and pints at 10am but... to each their own.
