Girl at the till was very helpful with my bagel choice making sure it was in stock before i bought it. Made it v quickly and professionally. I took my food out because i was in a bit of a rush and was wrapped nice. Quick and atmospheric. I got the samon bagel. 10/10. Will definitely go again.

The first Esquires I've been with trained staff who understand customer service. Very responsive and very polite and helpful and all with a lovely smile.
Cake was good and fresh. Coffee was OK and passable but not the best. On a par with Costa.
All in all a good experience 👍
