Best fish and chips in Teesside for my money. We moved to Hartlepool from Boro about 25 years ago but I still prefer Chow's to anything in Seaton Carew so regularly go back for a chippy lunch. Only 'downside' is experiencing the delights of Parliament Road when picking it up.
Menu and food been the same since the 70s. Best curry sauce around and brilliant chips.
Special curry is a masterpiece.

This IMHO is the best Fish and chip shop in Yorkshire, and I've tried most of them. Fried in traditional beef dripping, no half cooked white chips here, nicely golden brown, the only down side is it's location, Parliament Road is full of filthy, criminal, aggressive, illegal migrants that obviously hate British people, they've littered and fly tipped everywhere.
Food is amazing, absolutely love the curry sauce. 👌
Probably the best Chinese takeaway in Middlesbrough. Been around for years, and never failed to impress. Also do fish and chips that are lovely also.

Chows back at it's best, beautiful double fried chips, large fish and tasty curry sauce. Regularly visiting from Hartlepool, worth the drive over.

Very friendly, reasonably priced, I went here as the curry is supposed to be absolutely gorgeous but I don't recommend not sure if I just got it on a bad day or whatever but it wasn't to my taste but everyone's different, food was a bit greasy but was decent
