I had a good experience here. I placed an order for collection on short notice yesterday. The store was very tidy and well presented. When I arrived, the woman serving explained that they had ran out of Ferrero Rochers, as they were waiting on their delivery. The lady serving was really nice, gave good customer service and was willing to walk to a different shop to complete the cheesecake how I ordered it. I was happy to substitute it with Raffaellos so this wasn’t required, but the fact she was willing to do that for one customer really impressed me. The cheesecake was delicious and everyone enjoyed it. I liked that it was lighter than most other cheesecakes and it nearly had a gateaux texture. Good level of sweetness but not over the top. Highly recommend this place.
