Have to share my experience, visited Friday 5th Aug '22. Firstly, free and easy to park very close to the store, It's pleasing to see the hand sanitizer and trolley handle wash is still at the front still in operation upon entering, very conscientious ! The store is always well stocked and immaculately presented, excellent cafe with extremely clean toilet facilities. The staff are always pleasant and helpful but on this occasion I have to mention Paula on the checkout, what a fabulous lovely lady, she was so nice and patient with us. We had some vouchers we needed to use, to be honest we faffed on a bit as we needed to spend £50 to get a £5 reduction. Nothing was too much trouble for her, she was so cheerful whilst we went on our app for our complimentary Percy Pig sweets, I ran to get them while she continued to check out our items. A great personality and a complete pleasure to be served by this lovely lady. Thank you Paula for making us feel like valued customers !
