Food was great, place was really busy, expected huge wait and cold food, but got quite the opposite, food was nice hot and tasty, delivered to table quickly, staff very friendly and polite.

Bad day or not a nice friendly customer should never be treat like unwanted chewing gum on your shoe, especially when the mistake isn’t mine. I was given an order not my order and when I said it wasn’t my order she looked at me like it was such an inconvenience to her. The manager dealt with it somewhat well. I understand bad days but you leave that at the door and don’t take it out on customers. I have however given 4 stars because this was an isolated incident, staff here are usually on the ball.

I had a great experience at this McDonald’s! The service was incredibly fast, the restaurant was clean, and everything was just as expected. All in all, a fantastic visit!

Staff were lovely today and most days the ladies solved an issue I had so got to give it to them they deserve a pay rise. P.S Leon the manager in training is still a bell end

Honestly pretty good for a McDonald's, staff are friendly, service is quick and the seating area is clean. Toilets are a mess however

5 stars for Gemma!!!! Just eat delivered the complete wrong order to our house with no order confirmation receipt attached to the food bags (kind of sus as every just eat order has a proper just eat receipt) , anyway we called McDonald’s to see if our food was still there and all the fault was with just eat and their incompetent driver. After we called the restaurant, Gemma sorted everything quickly and with a friendly smile for us ready for when we drove down there and she could not have been more of a star! :) made our order fresh for us and was apologetic even though none of this was her fault. absolute star she was :)
