Reviews of Craft Burger

My 1st ever meal at Craft Burger delivered via Uber Eats and wowwwwwwwzaaa! What a meal it was ! The chicken was super tender and delicious! The beef was supreme and cooked to perfection. And the Naga Donner was out of this world! Melted in my mouth! A big fat 10 out of 10 from me and can't wait for the next super craft burger meal! Definitely recommend to all !

Amazing service from the lady on the desk tonight! She went above and beyond with every customer she came in contact. Polite friendly attitude. Recommending menu items ands accommodating! Impeccable. Food was amazing! I know this is a burger place but hidden secret bbq tenders are where it’s at! (Let her know she’s doing an amazing job!)

A bit of a mixed review. Delicious food but very small portions. I ordered a takeaway on JustEat and got the Boss Box with the bacon stack burger, beef chili fries and gourmet Donner meat. I was actually disappointed when I opened it as it looked nothing at all like the images shown, the portion sizes for £15 were very small. I had used a discount code so didn't pay full price which made it better. However, the food was really delicious, cooked perfectly and I can't fault the quality, the kebab meat is amazing and so are the burgers. I have ordered since and will probably do so again but only when I have a discount code, as delicious as it is, the portion sizes are just not worth the price. Got a variety of different burgers and some stir-fry donner and I’ve got to say it’s been such a long time since I’ve experienced such well prepared and tasty food. The naga burger was so juicy and bursting with flavours but the hero of the day was the stir-fry donner, it’s was on such another level that no one in Boro can even compare. The burger sauce was another winner (even the fries tasted class). Food was that nice that I had to hold back the urge to go and knock on the door at 6:00 am to get some more ….. thanks guys I’m gonna struggle to keep my weight down with this level of quality food

Absolutely incredible the best burger i have eaten ! 5 guys ain’t got nowt on this plate , sharing is caring platter was just amazing quality for money, the staff , the food and the atmosphere is super friendly.I can’t recommend this place enough trust me you will not regret it, i hope they get big enough for everyone to have a Craft Burger !!!

Do your self a favour and come try this place! I've tried all the well known burger spots Mr T's, Archies, Burgerlicious, Burger Drop, Loaded ect. Craft Burger is the best burger joint out of the bunch. Delicious caramelised Angus patties cooked to perfection. The quality is all in the meats. Thier cheesy loaded fired and beef chilli fried is elite too! And thier stir fry donner is head and shoulder above other donner places like German Donner Kebab. The place is clean and trendy, lovely vibe. And finally I have always found staff to be very welcoming and pleasant. So do your taste buds a favour and give this place a try you'll thank me later! X

I have been sitting back and watching the hype of Craft Burger for a while now so I finally decided to make my way to the Boro branch yesterday to give it a go. After trying all the smash burger joints in Newcastle from Burger Drop, Spice Hut to Loaded to others out of town such as Archies, Frankies to name a few. I can honestly say that Craft Burger hands down sits at the top of the pile for me. I ordered a Pepz n Mots, a Bacon Stack Burger as well as the Stir Fry Donner and the Beef Chilli Loaded Fries. Honestly the highlight was the quality of the meats from the Angus beef, Donner and beef chilli, as well as the flavours, juiciness, presentation and the service was amazing. I ‘m 100% converted to the Craft and I’m already looking forward to going back to maybe the South Shields branch next time to try the rest of the menu so if you haven’t already been, then you are deffo missing out! I also love the menu, the decor and design of the shop, the vibe, its new, fresh, trendy which is what was missing. Craft Burger have deffo shook up the smash burger scene in the north east!

Came from Newcastle for a burger with my brother. Got the sharing box which had two burgers, donner sizzler and loaded fries and two cans. Front staff member was friendly. Burger was probably the best burger I’ve had in a long time, especially in the north east. Loaded fries was lovely and the donner sizzler was very nice too. My experience was great, so I will definitely be coming back. The price for what I ate was reasonable compared to other places.

I was going to go somewhere else but my son was recommended this place by a work colleague, so we went to check it out. The first impressions of the place it was nice and has a funky look with bright colours for the signage which I really liked. The food came out promptly and all of us decided to have a box meal where you get a burger of your choice. You can have a single, double or triple pattie on the burger 🍔 the more patties you have the price increases understandably. The meal came with loaded fries with a cheese whizz on them, you can opt for chicken on them instead. The meal also came with a side order of Doner kebab meat which was really tasty and not greasy at all and tasted like quality. We all had different burgers and their was no complaints and they were very nice burgers 🍔. The fries which were loaded were a nice touch and were also really good. I also had to ask the lady for a milkshake I had ordered as I think she had forgot to make it, I don’t know why this always happens 🙄. I would have rated this place 4.5 but you can’t give 1/2 ratings. The bathroom facilities require a overhaul which has let it down but otherwise a nice place.
