I dropped my vegan sausage roll by accident and the sweet person serving immediately replaced it with no issue, very polite. I think their name was Akuka? I appreciate the kindness because I'm dyspraxic and very clumsy. Thank you, will be back 🖤🖤🖤

The food quality could be better. And it would be nice to have more warm sandwiches selection.

The young lad who works in Middlesbough town centre greggs. I never witnessed any one so well mannered behind a counter. This young man should be manager and train his staff to be exactly like he is. He is one of the best I’ve seen in my shop let like greggs itself. Promotion needed.

It is really friendly/clean & cheerful. Also meal deals are good value. Like the app rewards service.

I love Greggs bacon and omelette sarnie with a brew for just over £2 ..a bargain and very yummy
