This place is beautiful! Almost don't want to give it a glowing review as I feel like it's a secret I want to keep to myself. Friendly staff, gorgeous setting, great food.....and the fish finger sandwich is to die for!!

Great place! Best around. Absolutely wonderful food, very helpful staff and beautiful garden. We came off the South Downs Way and it was definitely worth it!!!!

Welcoming team even though we were very late in arriving. Clean and brilliant evening meal and breakfast after a hard days ride. We had a packed lunch and the sandwiches had a generous filling. Thank you

My partner and I stayed here during a cycling trip on the South Downs. We were made to feel very welcome, had a delicious dinner at the cafe, and enjoyed sitting in the garden with a cold beer after a long days cycling. Highly recommended!

We stopped off here on our way from Winchester to Eastbourne by bike. The food, service and setting we were brilliant.
The owners made us feel so welcome, it was a real highlight of the day.
