Mine and my girlfriends regular, everyones always welcoming and remembers our order. Some good baristas but Willow takes the top spot.
This Costa coffee outlet is always thriving and so busy and despite how busy it gets and how under pressure the staff are, they always remain professional and the service we have received every time that we have been is service with a smile. Keep up the good work team!!
Have been coming here for years and it has gone massively down hill, Absolutely miserable staff, they don’t smile can hardly speak to you, clearly talk about customers when they are gone, very unprofessional
I understood there was a customer complaining by the collection kiosk that may have caused stress and agitation but I was ordering two drinks and was met with hostility when I was trying to order as simply as possible next to the situation. Not very professional
The atmosphere is great here. Always seats and generally quiet. The cakes and coffee are great too. Sometimes a big queue but not too bad.
