Very friendly staff, and they make great food. I have never had a bad meal in the 7+ years that I have been going. It can get busy though.

The Chinese we preferred in mildenhall!! My husband and I love spicy food and often alter up our dishes with that request. You get 2 types of places when it comes to making the dish spicier.... one, they just add chilli flakes or fresh chillies at the end. So the dish doesn't feel like spicier, it's only spicier when you bite into those chillies...... and two, they actually COOK it spicier so it's spicier every bite. And dragon house is the latter! I don't know what they do to it, but I can assure you it's yummmmmmm.
It is somewhat catered for Americans due to the area, but double check before you order because we did find a few "american" dishes only had the name, but not the taste that the typical Americans would be going for. Otherwise, everything else we normally order from the menu is just lush haha.

Being from the states I am not used to the difference of the menus. I went is asking for an egg roll and learned here they have spring rolls. Wow! What a great taste and price. I am missing the Pepper steak with pork fried rice I normally eat but the spring rolls are hitting the spot!

Pretty good food. We've had take away here rice and the food was really good the first time with a decrease in quality the second time. The beef was chewy and the egg fried rice had no egg the second time - letdown.

We love ordering takeaway from the dragon house. It’s usually on time and nice and hot. Every once in a while, the food is not great - almost a little stale. I understand that it is now under new ownership. I noticed a change in some of the recipes but it’s still tasty. Overall, the dragon house can be counted on for a good meal.

Very unassuming building but amazing food! I love little hole-in-the-wall joints cause they are usually the best. This one did not disappoint. The staff is helpful and friendly. Even remade my entire dish because I didn't realize there was shrimp in it (and I HATE shrimp.). To be fair, all of the ingredients weren't listed so I had no way to know. So if you are not sure what comes in a specific dish, ask. But overall it was so good! I went back a second time in just the few days that I had there.

Great food as a take a way but it's even better in the restaurant. Will cook exactly how you want it. The other half is a light weight when it comes to spice and leaves out the hot chilies whilst I leave the garlic out of mine. Would use time and time again.

We've tried other places, but we always say it's not as good as Dragon house! The spring roll is so yummy and everything I've tried has been delicious as well. We are always greeted warmly by the staff and are well taken care of while there.
