This is a gem of a find. The food ,service and welcome are just the best. In fact there are only two places I’d visit again in the area this is number one. Milford is a much better place for having this cafe,eatery, coffee shop in it. I seriously cannot rate it highly enough. The young lady running it was lovely, friendly and couldn’t do enough. The drinks were just amazing. The food was second to none. This is local business in that many national ones need to follow. I could not fault Pembroke Promise if I wanted to. It was absolutely 5 star. Thank you for being so lovely. Everything was perfect. We will be back
Small but mighty cafe and gift shop. Great service, lovely food. Fresh salads and sandwiches were great. They were amazingly accommodating with kids, tailoring stuff on the menu to suit them. Really lovely and a wonderful little corner of Milford.
Delicious food (we had omelette w salad + coleslaw and toast with avocado and eggs), fair prices (16p for the food plus cappuccino and a tea), cosy atmosphere and very friendly stuff. We can recommend!
I like this cafe. There are some places that just serve coffee and meals but not this cafe. What awaits you is a friendly atmosphere and good food.
There a quiet corners where you can relax and kickback.

Ordered a toasted cheese bloomer which came with crisps, coleslaw and a salad enriched with grapes, pomegranate and peppers topped with a balsamic dressing. Really scrummy and at £5.95 very good value for money. There were a number of customers in but still prompt service. Lovely
Enjoyed my visit today, very friendly and nothing to much trouble.
Good choice on the menu, great to see what was a closed down shop, now very much a thriving eatery within the main central area of Milford Haven and serving our community with great food and most of a smile.

Now this rocks in every sense of the of the word fantastic food to boot too great coffee and a warm and friendly welcome awaits everyone who walks through the door the staff are amazing always going above and beyond when it comes to service with a smile and there is more to this vibrant eating establishment Kate the proprietor also makes her own wax melts bath bombs etc call in for a brew and a browse it's a fabulous place to visit
