We had an excellent Sunday lunch at the Fort Inn today. It is great to see this place up and running so well with newish managers. The food was great, the staff very polite, efficient and friendly. We had the vegan roast which was one to dream of tonight!

We love it there. We have had breakfast, lunch and dinner. All of them were delicious and always someone new to try on the menu.The food comes out well plated and at a great size. The staff are very friendly and always happy to help when needed. The bar and restaurant always had great atmosphere in prime hours and is very warming to sit in. We have also taken part in the quiz and bingo which has a good turn out. Even the kids dinners and lunches are great and our little ones loved them. Highly recommended. Looking forward to our next visit…. Which will be soon I assure you. Well done guys !

My family and I are regularly goers to the swimming pool and restaurant. Both are a great experience, welcoming, spotless and the Sunday roast are just sensational. I’ve taken family and friends along to the restaurant and it always gets great reviews.

Went for a roast I have had better, there was a tang to the meal that I couldn't place , it was on the cabbage and potatoes,I did point this out . apparently the potatoes had been done in a garlic butter so I'm assuming the cabbage had also been done like this. Not everyone likes garlic and in my opinion this didn't do anything to improve the meal.

Camping here as everywhere else closed or full. Definitely come again. Incredible views from our tent, calm, peaceful. Food good value and excellent.

Brilliant food and reasonable prices. Staff were always very welcoming (visited twice during our trip) and made our dog feel at home! We heard that the place is now under new management, so bear this in mind if you read bad reviews that are from some time ago! P.S. Sunday carvery was amazing!

The food was excellent, everyone had something they enjoyed, and the service was outstanding, extremely welcoming and friendly, there isn’t a view from the restaurant, but the view from the car park is stunning.

Staff very welcoming and attentive,limited but varied menu but food well cooked,presented and very tasty. only negative, on my part, is that when only one veg is offered with the pie dish i would liked to have had more savoy cabbage and not just a garnish sized portion. No mistake i will return.

The Christmas fayre was good! Expected a a little more, but as it was raining I guess everything was crammed inside. Had a wonder around with doggo(Meg), stopped to have some lunch, witch is always amazing there.
After a couple drinks took a drive back to Plymouth to relax in front of the TV with a couple of beers and a full belly!
