Stayed over for one night in our Motorhome. Lovely location. Loads of parking. Food lovely. Staff very helpful. Good walks nearby. What isn't to like? :)

Fab location, excellent food, nice atmosphere, great, friendly service. Myself and my husband were most impressed, fresh veg, pastry made from scratch not from packet, generous portions, good quality steak in pie. Would definitely recommend 🙂👍

The service was excellent .Lovely staff .Nice smiley faces .The fish and chips were lovely as were the brownies and sticky toffee pudding .Toilets were clean and the salt and pepper pots were wiped .Will definately be going again

Book to be on the safe side, because you don't want to miss their delicious food which is excellent value for money; or the friendly professional manner of the staff who can't do enough for you. We had a lovely evening feeling very much at home, and enjoyed the minted lamb Henry, fish and chips and ricotta and spinach cannelloni, with the best apple crumble we have ever tasted. We will be back! Thank you for a lovely evening.

Visited the Ship Inn as passing customers. The welcome was warm and welcoming. Covid restrictions were adhered to. The food was served hot and without a long wait. Cant fault the food or the establishment, dogs are welcome. Lovely place in not so lovely times. Recommended.

Lovely pub in a stunning location! The food was perfect. The fish and chips were to die for and the minted lamb Henry was melt in the mouth.
They let us use their carpark which we stayed in overnight in our campervan. Super stay!

Very pleasant owners and good food what more could you want. Have heard the present owners/managers are leaving so all could change.
